Assignment: Black & Yellow

In this sneak peek of a recent assignment I created a unique birthday card using the person's favorite colors (Black & Yellow). The challenge for me was having it look classy without looking like an ornate bumble bee.

Scrapbook: Beautiful Bride

I apologize in advance for the quality of the photo. I have been having some camera issues I am still sorting out. I wanted to feature some of my cousin's wedding photos. She is a beautiful person inside and out.

Once I saw her wedding bouquet it brought to mind Tim Holtz vibrant Spiced Marmalade Distress ink. To bring out the metallic accents in the background i added Stampin Up bronze metallic paper which was so much fun to use.
