This page features another prized photo from Anthony Isambert's collection. I believe it was one of his childhood birthday parties cradled in his father's arms. My childhood memories also resembled happy scenes like this one.

Pug cards: Thanx from Yoshi
This was a commissioned card for a dear family friend, Shirley. The idea was to create a graduated ombre look with the greeting. I decided Yoshi would be allowed to misspell thanks since he is a doggie PLUS it looks cuter with an X.

Handmade card: Balloon party day
My memories of childhood birthdays are full of balloons (the personalized ones with your name), lots of brightly wrapped gifts and the requisite piƱata (which scared me to no end!). There was nothing like the promise of candy to bring out the wildness in kids, LOL. Here is a handmade card that reminds me of the fun part of birthdays. ENJOY!!!
