Altered project: Mr Funny Bunny

I was commissioned to create a gift with a bunny image and the rest was up to my artistic ability. Initially I planned to get an unfinished wood frame, but when i was unable to find the right one I chose to use a canvas panel.

Card: Early Valentine

Once I made this Dymo hugs and kisses label I knew I wanted to create an "early" valentine. After all tokens of love should not be reserved exclusively for February, right?!

Scrapbook: Sister

My grandmother had 3 younger sisters. This is a photo of all 4 of them on the grounds of my great grandfather's home. I used Heidi Swapp rubon letters, velvet ribbon, SU diecut flowers, Scrapworks puzzle pieces, American Crafts thickers, Creative Cafe flower rubon, and K&Co fabric brad

Cards: Partridge Puzzle

When I saw these Mrs Grossman's sheer color transparent bird stickers I was reminded of the opening credits for THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY. I knew I had to use them in a card inspired by that show. The cardstock is from Stampin Up (KRAFT)... The patterned paper is from We R Memory Keepers and it's double sided (BOHO CHIC WHIMSY WILD).... The puzzle pieces are from Scrapworks (CITRUS, BOTANIC, SEASIDE)... and the rubon is from Stampin' Up. In order to pop out the white rubon a little more I used Tim Holtz's color spreading tool with his distress ink (TEA DYE).

Scrapbook: Baby album title pages

I am so looking forward to delivering this scrapbook to my friend. She gave me such creative freedom that I was a little apprehensive about it. I would text message her questions about favorite colors, name spelling, and when she told me that she did like butterflies i knew I was on the right track. The puzzle pieces I just fell in love with when I saw them on the Scrapworks website. American Crafts is one of my favorite companies and when I found these sticker letters I bought them in every color....After all, you can never have TOO much of a good thing, LOL!

Scrapbook: Baby Album Cover

Once I saw this pink fabric Scrapworks ANTHOLOGIE album I knew I wanted to use it for the baby scrapbook I wanted to make for my friend Kiki. Of course I had to personalize the cover in my own way though. I used the We R Memory Keepers foil/glitter/flock rubons, Stampin' Up chipboard letter, and Prima Silk Fancies. I am so proud of this book both inside and out. I will post the inside pages on this blog soon.
