 The airplane in the picture is an embellishment from KI Memories Puffies line.

 The wood veneer camera was a perfect addition to a pocket full of tags ready to be written in.

 The globe is also a part of the KI Puffies line. Heidi Swapp's calendar printables and some Tim Holtz washi tape complete the picture.

 I would like my creation to speak for itself when words fail me.

 Tags are a perfect way to allow the receiver to add their thoughts and/or photos. Little pockets can hold all kinds of memorabilia.

In welcoming someone into our family I wanted to show how home is a relative term. In the way I wrote 'Home is where you are' and added the figures
next to a cozy house.








































Dylusions Postbox RED made the heart mask show perfectly. I enjoy working with all kinds of found objects or leftover chipboard sheets.

Mini Album: Worth every minute - Part 1

 This is a very special project dedicated to the newest addition to our family. The cover may look a little different just because I changed the red-dyed twine for ribbon.

I decided to define the love in this album with hearts on the cover. The word sticker I found was perfect for what I wanted to convey (Worth Every Minute).

My collection of Tim Holtz distress stains came in handy, especially the new metallic one in Bronze.

 The flower was from Amy Tangerine's line but I did embellish it with a gold pearl pen.

 The distressed look came out perfectly since I did not want it to look perfect. I want it to be like an heirloom that they can treasure for a long time.

The inside front cover is a vibrant heart behind the words 'It's all about YOU'. I used some Heidi Swapp calendar printables to make extra memorabilia pockets throughout the album.

I gesso'd the back of said heart and colored it with Dyan Reaveley's  Dylusions pure sunshine mist.

Their family is a unique and tightly bonded one. In this the last page in the anniversary mini album I created for my sister, the chinese proverb is perfect. This proverb states 'One generation plants the trees, another gets the shade.'

These are just a few of their vacation spots. The photo on the left was taken at Universal Studios while standing in line. The one on the right was taken in the pool in Sanibel Island, Florida (paradise on Earth).

Yes they cringed a little bit when they saw this picture I used. It was taken many moons ago (early 90s). I can almost hear the music in the background. Creating this mini album was a blast!

Mini Album: True love

Valentine's flowers in the background, since it was their first one together. She loves red roses. If I remember correctly she also received a humongous stuffed animal. It's like a time capsule to me and it brings so many happy memories to see this photo. Young love looks like this.

This is the back cover of the canvas mini album I gifted to my sister and her husband. They just celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary. Their love is a clear example of what it takes for love to remain solid. From college to AKC dog shows they remain together through thick and thin.

Sneak peek: Love on canvas

When I found this embellishment I knew I wanted to use it on this project. The quote was incredible and one of my new favorites. It defines the love between these two people so perfectly. I trust you will all enjoy the following days worth of my tribute to the love shared in this mini album.

Twelve years ago today these two lovely people joined their hands together in wedded bliss. I was honored to act as my sister's Maid of Honor. I created a canvas mini album with photos of their time together since 1989, so in a way it is more of an everlasting love mini album. Here is a look at the cover:

 Glittery and blingy with a touch of whimsy onesie!

I found the Tim Holtz hanger clip first and then I went on the hunt for an appropriate onesie. Isn't it "berry cute"?

The journaling ticket from Teresa Collins brought in the princessy touch to the page. I added some Recollections bling to each point of the crown. 

No baby album would be complete without a page for the first birthday.
