I was entrusted in creating a recipe box for one of my customers. Immediately I thought of the BE recipe box but noticed it might not be able to hold up to shipping, so instead I decided to use an unfinished wood box.

Sneak Peek: Altered box

The saying above was my starting point in creating a brand new altered box project. I wanted the colors to be vibrant and whimsical at the same time.

After an exciting 2 hrs in line at my local library, I exercised my right to vote for the next President of the United States of America.... Barack Obama. Our country needs a change and I believe he is THAT change.

Mini Album: Busted thief

When my sister emailed me this photo of her impish chinese pug, Yoshi, stealing my mom's cell phone I knew I had to create a unique page. I didn't want to make a full 12x12 layout since I am putting this in an 8x8 album. The layout is actually 6x8. It's my first time working with this format but I really liked it.
