I created this HOPEful layout while at the Scrapbook Central crop yesterday. I used the Tim Holtz distress crackle paint on the chipboard heart (since I could not find grungeboard). I love how easy the crackle paint is to use. I recommend it to anyone who wants to add that little something to their embellishments.
